TERMS of PAYMENT - United States and Canada (top)
We offer several different options for payment: pay by cash with order, C.O.D. cash, cashier's check, money order, company check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. To accept a company check we must have a dealer company check application completed, approved, and on file. Open account terms are available for qualified accounts. Contact your salesperson or the Credit Department to request a company check or credit application.
All returned checks are subject to a $20.00 service charge.
All credit card orders must be accompanied with a credit card authorization form.

TERMS of PAYMENT - International (top)
Payment should be made by wiring funds to RCC account. For more information, contact your RCC representative.
Minimum Order (international):
$300.00 per shipment.

All published prices are subject to change without notice. Call your RCC Systems, Inc. representative for current pricing.

MINIMUM ORDER (domestic): (top)
Minimum order is $60.00 per individual customer order. All orders below minimum are subject to a $7.50 handling charge.

SHIPMENT & TRANSPORTATION: (top)
All orders shall be shipped F.O.B. point of shipment with the freight paid by the Customer. Shipments under 150 lbs. will be made via United Parcel Service, unless the customer requests a different carrier. The Seller will have the exclusive right to determine the final shipping manner if the Seller deems the Customer's instructions unsuitable.

SHIPPING DAMAGE & CLAIMS: (top)
All merchandise is inspected prior to shipment, and upon receipt it should be inspected immediately, If damages are found, notify the carrier for a damage inspection. Retain all original shipping containers for inspection. It is the Customer's obligation to file claims against the carrier. All claims for shortages must be made within 5 days after receipt of shipment.

All shipments are F.O.B. RCC Systems, Inc. warehouse. All charges, including inland freight, documentation and handling are for the customer's account. Shipments will be handled by the Seller's freight forwarders unless other arrangements are mutually agreed on.

WARRANTY: (top)
All products are sold with manufacturer's warranty. We expressively limit our liability to any warranty extended by the manufacturers. No warranty will apply if products are altered or modified in any way.

RETURNS (top)

- Out of Box Failure (OBF): (top)
RCC Systems will apply manufacture's return policy when equipment fails out of the box. Defective products are returned for repair or replacement per the manufacture's guidelines. O.B.F. materials must be returned in the original box with the original packing materials, manuals, and paperwork.

- Failure during Warranty Period (FWP): (top)
If the product fails during the warranty period, the warranty exists between the end user and the manufacture. The product should be returned to the manufacture or a service center according to the manufactures instructions. If you need assistance obtaining information on a manufacture's warranty, please contact your RCC representative.

- Other Reasons: (top)
All returns for reasons other than (OBF) are subject to a restocking charge of 20% to 40%, depending on type of product, handling costs involved, and manufactures return policy. All sales for special order products are final and no returns will be accepted.

Contact your RCC representative to obtain an (RA). The Customer must obtain a return authorization (RA) from the seller prior to the return. Materials returned without an (RA) number on the label will be refused. Please do not write on the box.

Return claims must include the product type, model, original invoice number and date, reason for the return and any pertinent serial numbers.
The Customer is responsible for all transportation charges and must see that the Product is packaged correctly.

SPECIAL CERTIFICATIONS: (top)
Requests for certificate of origin warranty

certificates or any other certification must be made at time of quotation to avoid unnecessary misunderstanding and/or delays.

OTHER CONDITIOS: (top)
Same as U.S. and Canada.

The services of RCC Systems, Inc. Specialists are available to you at no charge as a RCC customer. We want you to take full advantage of this unique service, and we want you to know the limitations on RCC's liability with respect to our Systems Specialists.

RCC's Specialists are individuals with experience in the sound and communications industry. We want to share their experience to work for you.

As much as we want to and will help you, no Systems Specialist can replace you or assume your responsibilities to your customers. All information and assistance is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, and RCC Systems, Inc. and its affiliates make no representations or warranties to you, your customers, or any other person or entity, and expressly disclaim warranties of any kind either express or implied or inferable from the course of dealing or custom trade, including, but not limited to, the completeness, merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose with respect to any such information or assistance or performance of any system or design.

IN NO EVENT WILL RCCSYSTEMS, INC. OR, ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES UPON ANY BASIS OF LIABILITY WHATSOEVER EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. In addition, RCC Systems, Inc. does not take any responsibility or assume any liability for the wiring, installation or placement of the equipment you purchase, or for the activities of any other individual or entity such as your company, those who prepare the specifications or any local Authorities who inspect or approve your installation. Your company assumes all liability for the activities of Systems Specialists and agrees to indemnify RCC Systems, Inc. and hold RCC Systems, Inc. harmless from and against any suit, claim, loss or other expense arising in any way from the activities of our Systems Specialists on your behalf.
